The Vision
A world where learners and leaders have the skill, the will, the tools and community necessary to thrive.
”As a passionate educator and innovator, my dream is to empower learners and leaders by building confidence in their capacities, celebrating their innate genius, and practicing optimism about a future only they can design.”
With nearly 20 years of experience working within and alongside classrooms, I have consistently identified critical gaps and powerful opportunities for essential skill-building needed to navigate the uncertainties of tomorrow and beyond. Research and practice repeatedly affirm the transformational benefits of:
Mindfulness
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
Restorative Practices
Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
Experiential Learning, and
Self-Directed Learning
…especially when these approaches are based in lived experiences, community efforts and woven into the fabric of everyday educational experiences.
Quest Labs, my evolving signature framework grounded in Me-Search We-Search Research, is a living embodiment of this ethos. Quest Labs integrates speculative futures, heart-centered strategic foresight, and holistic educational methodologies, equipping learners and leaders with the tools, praxis and learning environments to proactively meet the moment, which is overflowing with emerging challenges such as mental health concerns, technological disruptions, and transformative shifts in the workforce.
Through playful, creative, and collaborative practices—including embodied experiences and, most recently, the integration and application of Causal Layered Analysis (CLA) methodology—Quest Labs serves as a steward for individual and collective transformation, fostering well-being and human-centered outcomes on multiple levels.
My work also encompasses addressing educator burnout, fostering resilience, and promoting sustainable emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness within educational ecosystems and organizations. Using futures foresight coaching and iterative, participatory practices, I collaborate with educators, administrators, and communities to co-create transformative educational models grounded in equity, creativity, and collective thriving.
🌱By activating communities through healing-centered principles and collaborative foresight practices, we plant the seeds of possibility and actionable hope.
All that we need for positive change is here.
Right here. Right now.
